Annabel and Stan made a series of expression vectors that confers durable expression in a number of cell types, including eHAP haploid cells. This works in part due to the incorporation of insulator sequences around the expression module. One version also incorporates sequences to allow for easy integration using piggyBac transposes. We have found these vectors are very easy to use and has been adopted by many users outside the lab. These are available at Addgene.
